A graduate of the Bachelor’s program in Culinary Arts & Entrepreneurship at the prestigious Ferrandi Paris school, Camille honed her skills as a chef at renowned establishments in France and abroad. In 2025, she opened her own catering business in the heart of Mandelieu-La-Napoule, where she passionately and skillfully brings to life a simple vision: to offer refined, seasonal cuisine every day—100% homemade and featuring as many local ingredients as possible. The menu changes weekly, with new dishes offered every day, and many regulars have made Ficanas their daily culinary destination. They come to pick up their takeout meals—traditional recipes with a modern twist, often featuring Provençal flavors—along with a vegetarian dish every Thursday and a fish dish every Friday. They also find a consistently warm welcome and a genuine spirit of sharing. Fresh sea bream expertly prepared, aioli, seared shrimp, Mediterranean veal sauté, or hand-chopped beef tartare are just a few of the delights concocted by Camille so you can enjoy generous, flavorful meals at home—just as good as in a fine-dining restaurant!
