Butchery
After 29 years of loyal service, Françoise and Bruno Claveau have sold their butcher shop to Alexandre Le Moulec and Justine Kerisit. This passing of the torch has delighted the residents of this residential neighborhood, located a short distance from the historic center of Vitré. Pork from pigs raised on straw at the Ferme des Prés in Retiers and poultry from Lambert in Louvigné-du-Désert fill the butcher shop section, complemented by a fine selection of charcuterie, numerous homemade prepared dishes (chicken tagine, duck parmentier, beef lasagna), and a selection of cocktail cuts.
