Spirits specialist Guillaume Gensou and Jean Hubert operate in no less than 180 m2 of space, and among more than 1,000 bottles. All of France is represented in keels, with a little extra for wines from the South-West, some foreign wines and a fine range of rums and whiskies. Evening tastings and meetings with winemakers.
