Yann Maget, chef of L’Inattendu at Domaine de Locguénolé in Kervignac, was named Grand de Demain 2025 during the Gault&Millau Tour Bretagne. The event took place on Monday, May 26, 2025, at Château des Pères in Piré-Chancé, near Rennes. On the banks of the Blavet, Domaine de Locguénolé reopened after three years of renovation. Yann Maget, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2023, leads the kitchens of the gastronomic restaurant L’Inattendu and the bistro. Having worked with Yannick Alléno, Pierre Gagnaire and Kei Kobayashi, he draws inspiration from Brittany’s terroir, local produce, citrus from the estate’s greenhouse and house-made honey. For Yann Maget, this Grand de Demain title rewards both the restaurant and the hotel, while highlighting teamwork, transmission and a lasting culinary identity.
