It’s a crêperie, restaurant, and ice cream shop where you can eat whatever you want at any time of day and have a great time with Véronique and Franck, who run this charming spot. Everything is homemade using local, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from local producers. The menu changes about every three months, and the daily specials are constantly updated. We love the excellent traditional and creative buckwheat galettes. You can also sample Chef Valentin Charles’s creative, reimagined cuisine. Adrian, the sommelier and manager, updates the wine list to pair with the dishes and the seasons. For those with a sweet tooth, the waffles and sweet crêpes are a delight! Or perhaps you’d prefer the ice creams and sorbets prepared by a master artisan ice cream maker, with over 40 different flavors. Located in the heart of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, with a shaded terrace backing onto the collegiate church of this magnificent village, Le Goustarou serves non-stop starting at noon in a family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A spot offering excellent value for money. From May through October, Le Goustarou is open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 11 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. From December through April, the restaurant is open Wednesday through Thursday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
