Both authentic and upscale, the establishment provides high-quality accommodations as well as a family-style dining experience that is both traditional and refined. The €39 Corsican set menu is a highlight, featuring zucchini fritters, veal sauté with olives, wild boar stew, and île flottante. The à la carte menu is very extensive.
