A truly delightful dining experience just a few minutes from Bordeaux, in the charming country town of Créon. It’s a house with a garden—particularly popular in the summer—where you can enjoy contemporary cuisine that changes with the seasons. For fall, a perfect egg, hay cream, mushroom fricassee, and poppy seed bread sticks; duck breast with gastrique and sweet potato mousseline, served with baby vegetables; a Savoyard fondue; a brioche French toast, praline-flavored custard, roasted chocolate chips, and vanilla ice cream.
