A family-run restaurant celebrating France’s regional cuisines: that’s the concept behind Cocoricotte, founded by Chloé Journot-Laffond and Théo Regnier in late 2025. The couple invites guests to discover traditional, gourmet cuisine—homemade with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The concept: “The menu changes every month and highlights a different region. We take guests on a tour of France’s regions over the course of a year. ” For Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Théo offers dishes such as beef bourguignon or chicken with vin jaune and morels. In addition to these regional dishes, guests can enjoy four daily specials that change every day. These dishes are available as lunch specials on weekdays at very affordable prices: €15.50 for a starter and main course, or €18.50 for a starter, main course, and dessert. Food is served at the counter, where all dishes are presented in casserole dishes. You can also choose one or more side dishes. Takeout and delivery are available, and you can reserve this very welcoming venue for after-work gatherings and private events. A truly unique spot!
