A nice bistro across from Square Gardette, offering elegant, seasonal cuisine that’s both simple and fresh. The kitchen serves an affordable and compelling menu, featuring a delicious tomato and bell pepper gazpacho—rich in flavor but a bit light on the ricotta—followed by a beautifully prepared, simply poached chicken breast with suprême sauce and seasonal vegetables. Finally, a vanilla panna cotta with strawberry coulis and a cocoa tuile. Organic wine selection.
