Gourmet Restaurant
A grand provincial hotel just as you’d imagine it, on the road from Roanne to Forez. It’s a warm, family-run establishment, managed by Christelle and Jean-Luc, offering every comfort in the rooms and at the table. The establishment upholds a fine tradition of hospitality, evident even in its dishes, which highlight local ingredients and time-honored recipes. On the €34.50 set menu: calf’s head with ravigote sauce; fish simmered in a blanquette-style sauce; cabbage stuffed with snails and a port reduction; roasted sweetbreads with melt-in-your-mouth chestnuts and a sweet Chardonnay sauce… Dessert cart.
