This is a legendary spot in northern Corsica, opened in 1958 by René Caumer. The family still runs this establishment, frequented by celebrities, keeping alive the spirit of hospitality that made it famous. A cozy hotel with traditional dining, guests return for the seafood and Moroccan cuisine—stuffed sardines, sea urchin omelet, grouper tagine, couscous, grilled lobster, and the Lou Padre tart. Warm and welcoming atmosphere.
