Gourmet Restaurant
With its breathtaking view of Juno Beach, this hotel-restaurant is a must-visit on the Côte de Nacre. A large seaside estate, it is, quite naturally, the perfect setting for well-executed seafood cuisine. The €42 set menu is well-balanced, featuring fish soup, Asnelles oysters, fish sauerkraut with beurre blanc, linguine with clams, a cut of meat from Metzger, fries with Béarnaise sauce, and a signature Tarte Tatin. The à la carte menu is very extensive.
