This highly regarded hotel-restaurant in Courseulles has been in business for over forty years; guests come here to relax and enjoy its coastal cuisine and beautiful glass-roofed patio. The menu features a number of local and national classics, including fish soup, terrine, Camembert omelet, chicken breast with pan-seared foie gras cream and fresh tagliatelle, a Normandy casserole, and a perfectly baked chocolate lava cake.
