This charming spot north of Lons-le-Saunier is a great choice, offering a classic, well-maintained setting and a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu that blends regional specialties with more contemporary dishes. The melon-serrano is given a new twist with Macvin; a casserole of mussels and langoustines with green asparagus and Savagnin; a morel pie with vin jaune, red mullet fillets with Comté pistou, pancetta crumble with sauce vierge, and a pork fondant with Burgundy snails, served with a reduced Trousseau jus.
