For nearly thirty years, Le Bac à Blé has been a must-visit spot for vacations in Tharon-Plage, welcoming families in a relaxed atmosphere. On the menu: galette with all the trimmings; galette with andouille sausage, black pudding, and apple slices; galette with scallops in snail butter on a bed of leeks; galette with butter, sugar, and lemon, Tatin-style, with apples flambéed with Calvados, or Suzette-style.
