With its three floors, two terraces, and view of the Thau Lagoon, Maison Benezech is one of the best places to discover Bouzigues’ specialties. Oysters are, of course, the stars of the show, but the menu also features many traditional dishes: oysters au gratin, stuffed mussels, cod brandade, Spanish-style line-caught hake, and a seafood grill platter. A wide selection of plates and platters featuring shellfish and crustaceans.
