Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Coming from a family of winemakers spanning five generations, Paul-Vincent Ariston, along with his wife Caroline, oversees the estate’s 12 hectares. Based in Brouillet, a village in the Ardre Valley west of Reims, they bring out the best in Meunier—a grape variety often underappreciated—which produces superb wines here, while also cultivating heritage varieties (Petit Meslier, Arbane, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris). Here, they do not produce Premier Crus or Grand Crus, but determination and time are the estate’s remarkable allies.
