Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
This family-run winery is located south of the Côte des Blancs in the Petit Morin Valley in Courjeonnet. The 6-hectare vineyard is near the Saint-Gond marshes, which help protect the vines from adverse weather conditions. With a winemaking tradition passed down from father to son for two centuries, the first bottles were sold by Etienne Chéré in the 1980s. Since 2018, his three children have taken over the estate, refining cultivation methods while respecting the terroir and the environment.
