Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
The Dautreville family has been cultivating vineyards for four generations. They farm 4 hectares of vineyards, which have been cultivated organically since October 2023. Seven Champagne grape varieties are planted, and the winemaking and aging processes are adapted to each vintage and based on regular tastings. Stéphane, an artisan with a deep love for the land, and Patricia, an oenologist passionate about the magic of blends, work together with respect for nature. Les Arcanes de Joy is a brand reserved for professionals, consisting of five permanent cuvées, along with a few limited-edition cuvées.
