Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
This is the story of a handful of winemakers who, in the early 1960s, decided to join forces and pool their resources to create their own champagne and showcase the terroirs of the western slopes of the Montagne de Reims. Today, there are about sixty of them cultivating 115 hectares and producing Champagne’s three main grape varieties. From this collective effort, combined with the expertise of Jean-Christophe Lenfant, the cellar master, a two-part lineup has emerged. The first includes the bruts (prestige, nature, and rosé) and the demi-sec. The second comprises three cuvées (vintage, blanc de blancs, and extra-brut).
