We find the hallmarks of the house, classic in the good sense of the word: delicacy, salinity and chalkiness. But with this cuvée, the roundness of the 10-12 g/l dosage extends the tasting experience. Admittedly a little more consensual than the extra-brut, this cuvée has a juicier fruitiness and more gourmandise.

Waris Larmandier

The Waris-Larmandier estate, located in Avize, was founded in 1989 by Marie-Hélène and Vincent Waris. Based in Avize, they cultivate 6 hectares of vineyards, divided into 34 plots, planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, as well as small amounts of Arbane, Pinot Blanc, and Petit Meslier. Jean-Philippe joined his mother, and the estate began practicing biodynamics in 2010, working with respect for living organisms. Another unique feature of the estate is the introduction of “œno-art,” a wine tourism program, which offers two guesthouses for visitors wishing to explore the region.
