A great spot to enjoy local cuisine in one of the world’s most prestigious wine villages. It’s a wine bar and bistro where guests come as much for the roughly 300 wines in the cellar as for the generous menu: Burgundy snails with parsley, duck confit parmentier, Périgord sauce, braised boneless pig’s trotters, and foie gras terrine with chives and mashed potatoes.
