Gourmet Restaurant
Just above Charleville, at the entrance to the Ardennes Regional Park, this stunning Basque-style house belongs to André and Florence. The chef from Biarritz has settled here, just a few kilometers from the Belgian border, to serve elegant regional cuisine. On the menu: pan-seared shrimp with cherry tomatoes and chickpea hummus; octopus with chorizo and black risotto; veal tenderloin with Beaufort cheese ravioli and veal jus; and rice pudding with milk caramel.
