Gourmet Restaurant
On the outskirts of Nîmes, Jérôme Nutile’s Provençal farmhouse is a great getaway from the city, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the terrace and the charm of the surroundings. At his bistro annex, the chef puts his talents to work creating delicious, market-fresh cuisine. The menu delivers on its promises, featuring a tartine of hearty pig’s trotters and ears with truffle oil, Vigan trout meunière with toasted almonds, peas, and fava beans with turmeric, verbena sauce; a wood-fired rack of lamb with a Provençal tian featuring herbes de Provence, gravy, and garlic cream; and a mojito ice cream bomb with lime meringue pieces and a strawberry coulis.
