Gourmet Restaurant
A bistro annex to the 5-star Château de Germigney, this brasserie on the Place de Port-Lesney offers a truly delightful experience in the heart of the Jura, just a few minutes from Arbois. Here, you’ll find a charming, deliberately rustic decor—Vichy checkered tablecloths, a terrace beneath a century-old tulip tree, red shutters, and varnished wooden furniture—all evoking a poetic regional flair. It provides the perfect setting for this traditional Jura cuisine: a duo of pink trout tartare and beets with old-fashioned mustard vinaigrette; fried trout with homemade fries and salad; free-range chicken, cream with vin jaune, morels, and tagliatelle; and a chocolate cake with caramel, vanilla ice cream, and pecans.
