An old stone building typical of Bonifacio’s Upper Town—this is the wonderful setting Joseph Faticci chose for his restaurant specializing in Corsican cuisine. Authentic family recipes are served with a smile in one of the two stone-adorned dining rooms, on the suspended balcony with a breathtaking view of the harbor, or on the covered terrace overlooking the pedestrian street. Each dish is prepared with the finest Corsican ingredients sourced from small-scale producers: Pietra-style confit of lamb shank, cannelloni with brocciu, wild boar served with creamy polenta, migliaccioli (pancakes with fresh cheese cooked on the griddle)… The portions are as generous as you could hope for! For dessert, a fabulous egg flan or an unforgettable chocolate mousse topped with salinu (a blend of fleur de sel and Cervione hazelnuts) will have you coming back for more! A lovely spot to savor the delights of Corsican cuisine! You can find the restaurant on Instagram (@restaurant_chez_jo).
