Like a Breton outpost in the Loire region, this little gem is home to a modern, high-quality crêperie that does justice to the famous Breton galette. It also serves as a cider cellar, offering a superb selection of forty varieties to complement the menu—classic galettes crafted with the finest ingredients, resulting in galettes worthy of a competition. On the menu: a buckwheat galette with Roi Rose de Touraine ham, a fried egg, and gourmet grated cheese; one with smoked herring fillet, new potatoes, fennel, and lemon-dill cream; and one with fresh scallops from the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, roasted butternut squash purée, and cider sauce… The wheat-flour crêpes are equally impressive, including the all-caramel, all-chocolate, and butter-and-sugar varieties flambéed with “Fine de Bretagne” brandy.
