With a focus on vegetarian dishes, a commitment to locally sourced ingredients, and a respect for the seasons, the restaurant delights while doing you good. The €28 set menu offers great value, featuring mechouia, fried polenta squares, celery caponata, a robust celery-miso jus, fresh tomatoes, fried capers, and mixed greens; or a roasted sausage with jus, sweet potato purée, braised Chinese cabbage, and a cashew-cilantro sauce.
