The kind of winemakers’ bistro we love, with its classic varnished wood decor, numerous wine racks, and traditional French cuisine. It’s a celebration of local flavors, from veal sweetbread ravioli with foie gras to cod fillet with coconut, lemongrass, and ginger, andouillette with veal sweetbreads from Bobosse, served with fries and a grape-seed mustard sauce, and authentic profiteroles with hot chocolate. At lunch, the menu is simpler, featuring contemporary dishes. The wine cellar boasts an extensive selection from the Loire Valley.
