Chef's Restaurant
Set in the stunning surroundings of the Clape massif, in the heart of Gérard Bertrand’s vineyards, the Domaine de l’Hospitalet is a first-rate wine tourism complex, and its flagship restaurant, L’Art de Vivre, remains on the right track. The beautifully presented set menus, priced at €119 and €149, along with a lunch special for €85, are overseen by longtime chef Laurent Chabert, who wears his two toques with ease and consistency. For greater convenience and flexibility for the restaurant, the menus are kept under wraps and adjusted according to the season and availability of ingredients.
