Julien Ricail’s restaurant is a must-visit, thanks to its ever-charming bourgeois style and dishes featuring local ingredients, prepared with care and paying homage to tradition. For a special treat with family or friends, try the scallop carpaccio with citrus, peaches, radishes, and cucumber granita; sole meunière with seasonal vegetables and plain potatoes; and pan-seared veal sweetbreads with creamy sweet potatoes, vegetables, and a rich gravy.
