Just a few minutes from Bernay, Hervé Douai brings the Norman repertoire to life with a beautiful performance in a rustic, traditional style. Inside his charming half-timbered house, you’ll find all the hallmarks of the style: small wooden paneling, a vintage clock, a fireplace… And a bourgeois-style table setting, done to perfection. The set menu, priced at €28.50, features delicious French classics: marinated salmon and a poached egg on brioche served French-toast style, stuffed sole fillet with pea purée, veal kidneys in cream and mushrooms, or a tarte Tatin with vanilla ice cream. For an even more indulgent experience, you might want to treat yourself to the 45 € menu.
