Just a short walk from the Château des Stuarts, this charming 3-star hotel and restaurant is an excellent base for a stay in the area. With its traditional brick-and-half-timbered architecture, its restaurant specializes in game and fine ingredients. Philippe Arnault offers a rather refined dining experience here, featuring a sophisticated menu: Chambord-style carp pâté en croûte, wild boar caillette with apples and chestnuts, pickled vegetables, lobster ravioli and bisque, langoustine tails with tarragon essence, hare à la royale with celery mousseline, a pheasant sausage with trumpet mushrooms and fermented Sancerre cabbage, and finally, a selection of hazelnut dishes, praline cream, and lemon-yuzu sorbet. Wine cellar featuring wines from the Loire Valley.
