This is undoubtedly the most popular restaurant in Poligny right now—a cheerful, family-friendly spot, conveniently located in the town center. Fanny and Christophe, who are originally from the south, create a cuisine with dual influences—blending the Jura and the Mediterranean—and unveil a creative “bistronomy” menu every month. We keep coming back for the salmon gravlax with crisp fennel and citrus cream, the open ravioli with monkfish and lobster, baby vegetables, and shellfish bisque, the veal sweetbreads with vin jaune sauce and morels, and the apple tatin made with apples from local orchards and crème fraîche.
