Just a few minutes from Lake Chalain, Nathalie and Dominique Humblot run this charming Comtois-style restaurant, with its warm, rustic decor, setting the perfect mood for enjoying market-fresh cuisine inspired by local flavors. The €37 set menu features a country-style salad, red mullet fillet with tomato sauce, thyme, and agastache; braised pork and Morteau sausage with savory sauce; and finally, a three-chocolate cake, a moist cocoa and walnut sponge cake, a creamy milk chocolate praline filling, a light white chocolate mousse with elderflower, and a white chocolate coulis with hyssop. The inn also offers a few guest rooms.
