Gourmet Restaurant
Local ingredients, freshness, and tranquility: that’s what Marie, Didier, and Gaëtan offer in their charming home south of Toulouse. With its garden—perfect in the summer—the restaurant exudes a gentle, welcoming atmosphere that’s also reflected in the dishes, which are bistronomic and seasonal. Dishes include lemon and spinach lasagna with goat cheese Mornay, spinach cream, and Espelette pepper; a grilled Manex pork chop with seasonal vegetables, polenta, and wild garlic; a robust jus; monkfish tail with parsley-infused white bean purée, mussel pickles, vegetables, and marinière sauce; and a cocoa and hazelnut sponge cake with vanilla cream, hazelnut praline, and salted butter caramel.
