Located in the port of Marseille, Virginie and Sylvain Robert’s charming restaurant pays a beautiful tribute to the Mediterranean in this elegant setting featuring opus incertum flooring, large picture windows, and a very minimalist style. The market-driven menu changes frequently; this time, it features white fish tartare and Isigny oysters, cabbage salad, herb and lime mayonnaise, a savory sorbet, a low-temperature-cooked pollock fillet, a gratin of large coquillettes pasta with rock crab cream, braised escarole and green leeks, beurre blanc, or a pressed braised beef short rib in a sage crust, served with baby potatoes and steamed carrots.
