Located in a former nursery with bright, airy spaces, Soulenq serves as both a restaurant and a wine bar, bringing together all the pleasures of a perfect evening in one place. Its terraces are naturally packed on sunny days, thanks to their welcoming atmosphere and the tranquility of the surroundings in this northern neighborhood of the prefecture. The dishes reflect current trends, featuring recipes inspired by world cuisines and high-quality ingredients: shellfish, ponzu, and cilantro; razor clam ravioli, candied lemons, chicken broth, ginger, and cilantro; raw ikejime tuna with a tomato and cucumber vinaigrette, cilantro, and coconut milk broth; chilled lemongrass, corn croquettes, Aubrac beef steak, fries, salad, and chimichurri. Over four hundred wines in the cellar. The wines are also available for takeout.
