Gourmet Restaurant
In the new Port Marianne neighborhood, this spot is the hangout for local foodies, who gather here on the terrace to share dishes and wines. The establishment also serves as a wine shop, offering more than six hundred varieties for sale or to enjoy on-site. These wines are expertly paired with a simple and inviting menu created by Paul Courtaux (Le Saint-Georges in Palavas-les-Flots, two toques). Served tapas-style, the menu features fried Padrón peppers, breaded and golden-brown oyster mushrooms with herb mayonnaise, a mimosa egg with smoked Banka trout, sesame-crusted tuna, fruits and vegetables, tiger sauce, a veal chop from the Pyrenees with sautéed oyster mushrooms and baby potatoes, and crème brûlée.
