Located in the Montagne de Reims, this estate cultivates 6.2 hectares—including 5.20 hectares of Pinot Noir—across the communes of Bouzy, Ambonnay, Tauxières-Mutry, and Louvois. It is one of Bouzy’s most sought-after estates. Here, every effort is made to ensure the quality of the wines and the expression of the terroirs: harvests delayed as long as possible, vinification by plot, aging in containers suited to each wine, no chaptalization, and extended bottle aging… This passion is evident in his wines, which combine expressiveness, finesse, and freshness.
