Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Laurianne Lejour, who runs her small 1.5-hectare vineyard, describes herself as a farmer, winemaker, and artisan. A graduate of the École Boulle—a prestigious school of art and architecture—she took over the family vineyards located on the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs, which include Premier Cru and Grand Cru plots. Based in Condé-sur-Marne, she vinifies each plot individually, with precision, care, and high standards. Laurianne produces her champagnes without malolactic fermentation. Recently, a sixth cuvée has joined the lineup: a blanc de blancs named Sauvage.
