Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
On the cool soils of the Marne Valley, David and Jessica Faivre craft single-vineyard wines to reveal the richness of their terroir. Their 6.2 hectares of vineyards, planted primarily with Pinot Meunier—along with a few dozen ares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc—have been herbicide-free since 2005. In line with this commitment to minimizing their environmental impact, winemaking is carried out with minimal inputs, allowing the wines from this family-owned estate to develop their signature creamy texture.
